Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days or sooner. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
You will receive a Payment Conformation email once your order has been processed.
Nextrient does not charge for shipping of any orders. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. No expedited services are available at this time. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Nextrient only ships to addresses within the United States of America. No international shipping is available.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages & Lost Shipments
Nextrient will ship to the address you provide us. Once the product has shipped, it is no longer in Nextrient's pocession, but in the pocession of the shipping carrier. Therefore, Nextrient is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
The tracking number we provide you is verification that we shipping the package to the address you provided us. If we sent you a tracking number but you did not receive the package, please contact the shipping carrier.

Return to Sender
If we receive a package back listed as "return to sender", we will attempt to contact you to verify or change your shipping address. You are responsible for the additional shipping charges.

To make the process easy there are only a few points to keep in mind:
- Nextrient’s 100% money-back guarantee is valid for 90 days following the first-time purchases of a product. Request made after 90 days from the purchase date will not qualify for a refund.
- Our customer support team will provide you with shipping information so that all used, unopened, and opened product containers can be returned to us.
- You will be responsible for the costs of packaging and shipping the product to us; you are not responsible for any restocking or processing fees.
- In all cases, refunds will be made only to the credit card used for the original purchase.
- Once we have received the product return, the refund will be processed by us within 5 business days. The refund should appear on your credit card statement within the time-frame set forth by your credit card issuer’s policies.
